It was rich and creamy and it didn't did not spike my blood sugar. This is something I will use regularly to ease my hunger for a quick snack or to cure my sweet tooth. It does however have a weird aftertaste that made me rate it not as high as I would not drink it again due to that alone. The packaging is appealing and in line with these kinds of drinks as well.
