These vitamins are great!  I noticed a difference in my skin and energy in the first week.  I will definitely purchase again!

Folic Acid does no good if not in the form of actual folate. The ingredients list tricked me the way is was worded.

I am returning mine since the seal was tampered with I opened the bottles and the plastic was already half off the bottle, a bit sketchy. I am willing to give these vitamins a try.

I have noticed a bit of a difference since I began taking these vitamins.  I also got my husband the mens type.  A bit more energy and clear headedness.
