I have a 7 year old and 3 year old and I am so thankful that vitamins come in a gummy form so it's not a fight to get them to take them. These gummies had a good flavor, they weren't too chewy or sticky, and there was no bitter vitamin aftertaste. My son really likes that they are in the shape of a bear, so he can feel like he is eating candy but it is really something healthy for him. Since I gave the recommended 2 per day to each child I was only had a 15 day supply so I will definitely have to get more.

Bought these as a supplement to use because, of the current pandemic.
