I use this cassava flour along with almond flour and tapioca flour in pancakes, pizza dough, muffins and more and it's awesome! Great price too!

It's either super refined or tapioca starch. But this is not whole yuka root. It's very pale in color, very fine in texture like a powder, very very faint smell and 0 flavor. Cassava flour is grainy, nutty in texture and and aroma. The good: it functions just like tapioca starch. Just so disappointed because I had my taste buds set on cassava tortillas for my pulled rabbit tacos. Wouldn't buy again because I can get a better price on tapioca starch.

Does not function like cassava. I have had many ruined recipes due to this flour.
