We're sorry to disappoint you with our recent change. While we did shorten our rolls by 3/8ths of an inch, we also added features that improve your bathroom experience. Our Ultra Strong TP should be more flexible since we've added more fibers into the sheet where it matters most to help you get the job done. Rolls shrunk, too short

Suddenly, the rolls are 1/2 inch shorter. Maybe due to different product, but I'll never buy it again until resolved.
