Just bought a large pack of Ultra Strong. You have shrunk the size of the roll and it is not as soft as it use to be. I have been buying your paper fpr years but probably won't again.

I'm glad to see others noticed the rolls have been narrowed. Like others, I pay more for quality and quantity. Mega rolls looks weird on the holder when they're so narrow. It was a bad move and I will be switching brands.

Your ultra strong USED to be our toilet paper of choice but the last two packages have been a pathetic excuse for TP..... Very disappointed. Will definitely be buying another brand!
