Smaller rolls and now the ultimate scratchy! What happened I have been buying for 20+ yrs, need to change now, very sad!

My husband bought this in error, not the usual Charmin. It's like wiping with a paper shopping bag, nothing nice about it at all.

If the Charmin Ultra Strong product gets any narrower, it will not be necessary to use the product at all.

My package says "EXTRA STRONG, 16 DOUBLE ROLLS EQUAL 32 REGULAR ROLLS"? There are 16 "4" rolls. To get 32 regular rolls they would be "2 inches"???
