The rolls are really tiny--seems like they are trying to save by giving less product. Also, the product isn't that great. I have had several complaints from my family. I will definitely be buying something else next time.

Your product is going down the tubes. The smaller size falls off the toilet roller and it is terribly hard to keep picking it up, I am disabled and have a bad back

I have been a very satisified customer for 40 years until recently ,when you shrank the size and the quality of this product. At first I thought it was a mistake then I realized I had gotten 18 rolls of half sheet toilet paper.Why??
