This was a better price than what was offered on Amazon

This is the only TP I buy. I use to buy Costco but they changed it and is no longer strong.

Long time Charmin user. I used to be verry happy with the quality-it was strong and absorbent. The past few times I've bought it is different-sheets are very thin, almost no quilting, disentegrates when you wipe and leaves behind particles of tissue. If next purchase is the same, I will find another brand. Please go back to prior formulation Charmin!

I've used Charmin Ultra Strong exclusively for the last 9 years. The product I've purchased since Covid might as well single ply. You can actually see right through it. I thought I had received a faulty product, but I see here that others are complaining about the same thing. I'm very brand loyal, but I expect a quality product for the money I spend. The product I opened today I purchased at the beginning of the Pandemic and I'm just now getting to use it because I had quite a back-stock as I typically buy in bulk. I'm really disappointed that this company and this product is not one that I can reply on any longer. There's no excuse for cutting corners but not cutting prices.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love Charmin Ultra Strong because I don't need to use as much toilet paper to get the job done, which really saves on my grocery bill, and the soft quality of the tissue is very comfortable on my sensitive skin. It is even great when I have a cold, because it does not hurt my nose when I have the sniffles, and is strong enough to withstand even the heartiest sneeze!!!

We changed from Cottenel to Charmin 2 years ago because we were impressed with the quality of your product. Since our last purchase we noticed a significant difference with the size of your NEW and IMPROVED SIZE and QUALITY. It was a bigger roll but narrower and definitely not as thick. Rips apart which it never did before. Totally disappointed. I can only guess that the almighty $$ is more important than your previous good product.

I have used charmin ultra strong for years,I loved the mega rolls but the last few packages I have bought the width has been reduced. I want the old size back or,else I will have to find another brand to buy. Can not believe you would try to slip this by us.

In my oppinin when you changed Charmin red it went downhill. The paper will stick to the little bears behind now. Before hand it only took 3 sheets now it takes5 sheets. I stayed with Charmin rea becauce it was the best, now I guess we'll find another bathroom paper. There is 3 or 4 other ones that are pretty good. I guess all in all you ruined this product which use to be one of the best. Sorry but that i the way we feel.

We really like the product but are disappointed that over the years it has been getting narrower and narrower. You can almost fit two rolls on the holder that used to fit one. The "mega" rolls are supposed to save us money but if the paper is narrower than the width of your hand; you have to use more, and then where's the savings?

I have been using Charmin as long as I can remember. (thats a long time) but lately I have noticed the rolls are not as wide as they use to be. The rolls keep falling off my spring loaded toilet paper holder that I have had for 30 yrs.. The rolls are now only 4" wide. I had this problem couple of months ago, next large pkg. fit ok, now this pkg. is too short to stay on the holder. I like Charmin, so I guess I have to get a new paper holder & hire a handyman to install it. Any suggestions?
