[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Charmin® Ultra Strong is soft. But compared to my regular toilet paper, you have to use a little more than normal. Charmin is thick but not thick enough. I would still recommend Charmin to friends and family.

I tried it and the first impression is that it is very strong compared to the tissue I used previously. But it is more than just being stronger, it feels very comfortable and not to mention it seems to last longer. I highly recommend it to my friends.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was actually my first time trying any kind of "ultra strong" toilet paper, but I've always loved Charmin products. I think I always thought that since it was labeled "strong", that meant it wouldn't be too great in the gentle department. I was wrong! This was, hands down, the best toilet paper I have ever tried. Not only did the Charmin Ultra Strong do "the job", it also lasted WAY longer than the bargain brand I had been using. I would go through toilet paper much, much faster using the other stuff. Now that I'm officially a Charmin Ultra Strong convert, I end up actually saving money! Double bonus points for that. Who would have thought that toilet paper would make such a big difference in my daily routine?! Thanks Charmin for a great product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received a sample of Charmin Ultra Strong for evaluation. To begin with, I purchase a few different brands of bath tissue that are acceptable to me based on cost at the time I need to resupply. It has been a long time since actually purchasing any Charmin product. First, because I live with my wife, the paper must be comfortable. Don't ask me what makes it that way for her; after almost 17 years I still struggle to understand many things. She is happy with this Charmin though. Even though it is Ultra Strong, it is soft enough for her (me too, but I've used and been happy with products she would consider sandpaper like.) No sandpaper was harmed in the evaluation of this bath tissue. Second, I cannot stand 2ply paper which does not stay together. I have to say, when comparing Charmin Ultra Strong with our current paper, it is tops. It was very difficult to pull the two plies apart. It works more like a single ply paper; that is something I really like about it. Lastly, I like that it didn't tear when using it. You know what I'm talking about here. You're cleaning yourself and the paper tears during use and now you need extra paper, water, and bleach to clean you hand (I am not suggesting using bleach as a hand cleaner here, I am just trying to paint a picture of a situation I hate having happen to me.) Charmin Ultra Strong did not tear while using it. This makes me happy. A side bonus for me is that it is soft enough for blowing my nose, and didn't tear or "blow out" on me; another plus. In summary, I am very happy with Charmin Ultra Strong, and as a cost conscious buyer I will add it to the few choices I will buy based on price at the time of purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Using up to 4x less paper, I guess they can claim that as the paper is smaller. Well it is a bit smaller than my normal roll but it dose the job. It is strong and it is soft. I was surprised how soft it was. A Plus for me is that I got no left behind pieces.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For years, I have used Charmin products since their toilet paper and paper towels are quality. Before using Charmin Ultra Strong I already had high expectations. After using it I can say the expectations were met. It was strong and didnt rip while still having a soft touch. I was impressed and have switched to this toilet paper. Although I am cost conscious, there are a few things I will pay for and toilet paper is one of them. I will continue to use this product in the future regardless of cost.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I live in a house with 3 other people and we go through a lot of toilet paper. Normally, we use Scott Tissue. I was little hesitant using another brand because I don't really like soft tissue. When I received the package I was a little skeptical because the toilet paper seemed so soft, which I felt wouldn't do its job. My first use I was surprised at how strong it was! Soft paper usually rips but this one did not. I'm a hog and use a lot at once. This paper clumped a bit and I knew I had enough which was less than what I used with Scott. My roommates really liked it and told me to stick with it and ditch the other brand. I think I may. The only thing I didn't like was how it created "dust" after wiping. All in all, I think I am replacing my usual brand for Ultra Strong!

The Charmin Ultra Strong was still soft enough for my wife to not complain and strong enough that it wouldn't fall apart in your hands while helping my 4 year old to wipe. Overall, I am very impressed with this new product from Charmin and might actually consider changing from Cottonelle.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife usually buys generic toilet paper for the house so I have to admit I was a little excited to try Charmin® Ultra Strong. I knew that it would be immediately better quality than store brand just because of the name Charmin. I switched out the old store brand roll with a roll of Charmin® Ultra Strong immediately after receiving my Bzz kit in the mail. I can say that Charmin® Ultra Strong did not dissapoint. You really can feel the strength of the paper yet it is still soft. I really didn't use an excess amount because if you were to pull out too much you knew you did because of its thickness. Compared with a generic brand, you may initially think you aren't getting as much paper because the generic roll is noticeably larger. But because you don't need much, it last longer. I'm happy to report that I felt clean and fresh after my trip to the bathroom, just like the bears in commercial. I would definitely buy Charmin® Ultra Strong again.
