[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I usually buy the cheapest toilet paper I can find, but it feels like you are wiping with sandpaper. I always figured that is just how it was and never thought about buying the more expensive brands. After using the Charmin Ultra Strong, my eyes have been opened to how ignorant I was. This toilet paper is soft and gentle on the bum and feels more like cotton product than a paper product. It is supper strong and I have been finding that I use less. The toilet paper I have been buying leaves bits of paper behind, which I hated. The Charmin leaves no paper behind and stays whole for the entire job. After using my old toilet paper the second time in one day my bum would be irritated and tender, but with Charmin I can wipe for days and not be irritated or tender. This is the best toilet paper I have ever used and I will be buying more when I run out.

I have told my wife that this is the new tp in our house for good! And shes already purchased more. I would recommend the toilet paper to everyone its the best.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In all honesty, if you're looking for TP that's soft and smooth, this is your brand of toilet paper. It doesn't get much better than this when it comes to comfort on your behind. Would have given it 5 stars without a doubt except for one caveat.... It's extremely easy to clog the toilet. It's so thick is like trying to flush PT -paper towel - down the drain. I spent more time with a plunger with these 4 rolls than a 24 pack of other leading brands. Overall, it's great on your rear end, but the trade off for having to deal with flushing after every other wipe or dealing with a plunger simply isnt worth it.

I would definitely recommend this product. I currently use Charmin and will continue to use there products as they are a quality brand.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Personally, I always felt that toilet paper was toilet paper. I never saw one brand as anything better than the next. My wife always insisted on the soft stuff - probably because there are puppies on the packaging - but I would have done fine with the cheapest. If anything, I preferred unrolling a little extra from the thinner, cheaper stuff over the "cling-ons" left behind with the blanket like TP. I could tell right away that Charmin was thick like my wife preferred, but not AS soft as the puppy stuff. A little stiffer, perhaps. It felt like a soft paper towel, not a fancy napkin, or transparent, crispy tissue. I was immediately impressed by how efficient it was. It didn't tear through the layers to my fingers, there weren't bits and pieces knotted up in any compromising places, I felt clean and the job was done. I have never put so much thought into the experience; nor have I ever walked away so much appreciation for the product. Even my puppy loving wife agrees that we will be a Charmin house from now on. She was thrilled to report not feeling "dusty" after use...whatever that means.

While me, my wife and daughters all found it to be strong with a touch of softness, we wanted to give it the old kid test. My son Grant has a sensitive hiney, so who better to judge than him. The result? It cleans up well. And as long as we didn't use too much, his bum didn't get red or sore. Although it would be nice to have just a touch more softness, I think we found a winner here.

I haven't had the urge to try the Ultra Soft because I've been so satisfied with the Ultra Strong! I definitely use fewer sheets...and even my nose is happy once in a while!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So when I was asked to participate in the Charmin Ultra Strong campaign. I thought how can someone get so echoed about toilet paper? I have seen the ads and commercials with the cartoon bears in them and think jeez. We use the store brand TP and I think it does ok. I got my 4 pack sample and I thought it was the softest, and probably by far the better bang for the buck. I am happy to report that I will be joining the Charmin team ava dancing like one of those crazy cartoon bears.

It's not only durable, but also soft on the tush. Although this is not a usual topic of discussion between my friends and I, I decided to bring it up at the bar one night. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've used Charmin Ultra Strong for about a year now. I love it! I can use one sheet and not have to worry about it leaking through. It's soft enough for me, but to be fair I don't need to softest paper. I'd rather have the strength.
