I purchased the 20 roll pack and didn't realize it was the ultra strong instead of the ultra soft. I could not believe how much rougher it is. Now I've got 20 mega rolls to use up.

After MANY YEARS as a LOYAL customer I QUIT : ( this paper FEELS CHEAP, is TOO NARROW and NOT as absorbent anymore! IF I call your 800 number it will be to get a REFUND!

I have used Charmin Ulta Strong for years and I am very disappointed in the false advertisement and change to this product. You cannot use less paper, you use more paper because the width of the paper has been cut about a 1/2 inch in size.

Like others I have purchased nothing but Charmin for YEARS. The last 2 packages have been very disappointing. Rolls are not as wide and paper is thinner, fingers go thru the paper. I will not continue to pay the price for poorer quality.

I LOVE CHARMIN BUT THINK ITS AWEFUL THAT THE ROLLS ARE GETTING SO SMALL THAT THEY DON'T EVEN FIT IN MY HOLDER ANY MORE BECAUSE THEY ARE NOW TOO NARROW

I see what you've done, Charmin. You are making the rolls narrower and charging the same price. I have been using your product for many, many years. I will be switching brands now.

why did you ruin a good product? the new and improved rolls will not stay in my holder. this is the last of this product i will purchase. don't know what to do with the rest of the 46 pack we bought. what a shame! who thought this up?

After years of using Charmin. I will switch to another brand for the very reason the new roll that I took from the 9 pack was at least 1/4 inches narrower.

My family loves the old Charmin ultra strong TP. What happened to the new TP? The length got shorter. Is this how company cutting costs? Need to find a replacement now.

After buying Charmin life long I will be reading labels and shopping for a new tissue since the bait and switch size change. A quarter inch does not seem like much but it is VERY noticeable when on the holder and when it is used.
