i have been buying Scott Towels for years. Now that they changed the product, I'm changing products. The new Rapid Lock Ridges are flimsy and cheap. I hate the new paper towel and will never buy it again unless they change it back to what is was before!

They don't rip easily at all . The packaging is super noticeable in the store. This is an affordable brand. Also I definitely will get fees because they are dependable, help clean up bills and wipe up messes.

I of course tested them dry and wet. Dry they are great for absorbing spills quickly . Wet they work to clean up and get things wiped down with your favorite cleaners. I compared them to my regular name brand product and they actually did better with the absorbtion of liquid and they also are pretty strong and can wipe away some tough messes with ease . I highly recommend them.

I like Scott paper products especially their toilet paper and was wondering if their paper towels lived up to its name too. I happened to find these choose-a-size mega rolls at my local Walmart for 6 bucks for 6 rolls (equivalent to 9 rolls) and was excited to try them at home. I was a little skeptical about using these at first since they were 1-ply and of course me being a Bounty snob, I wanted to test them to see if they were just as good or better. I usually use paper towels for a lot of things such as drying my hands and my daughter's hands after washing them, use them to clean up things around the house, dry off dishes as well using them as napkins with meals. So, I first tested them by drying some of my dishes and wow! They absorbed (surprisingly) better than Bounty and not only were they absorbent, they don't leave any lint behind which I love!! I gave it four stars because it isn't quite as soft as Bounty and you need two sheets or more to do the heavy duty stuff but I must say that I will definitely stick to buying these from now on:-) Thanks again, Scott!!

I was needing paper towels the other day and grabbed the only thing store, Scott's Paper Towles. Thinking this was a name I've known for my 70 years. When I got home, I put a roll on my towel holder. First thing I noticed was how much lighter the roll was than the Members Mark brand we've used for years. I took the last roll of Members Mark Paper Towel and started a comparison. I'm not sure happened to Scott Paper Towel. At one time I remember Scott Towels were one of the better paper towels on the market. When I took a few sheets off the roll I noticed how cheap they were. I took two sheets off from last roll of Members Mark and noticed a major difference quality. When trying to clean up a small moisture spill on the counter, I had to use twice as many of Scott's brand. Overall quality of this product is such that I will not purchase them again. This is a product that is below standards I've found in other brands. I should have bought the stores generic brand, believing it would have been better.
