I just bought a 15=28 package roll and can't believe how bad and small they are-the paper is ragged unfinished. I don't know how many sheets are on a regular size roll but the smaller roll in picture is your mega roll the larger is mega Berkeley and jenson -scott cost significantly more so disappointing

First of all I DON"T understand what your ad shows regarding "ridges". Bought Select-a-size Scott towels as well as Scott toilet paper at supermarket-- NO RIDGES! SO.. what does this mean? Are NY stores selling "counterfeits"? I think NOT... because I CALLED your customer service DETAILING the PROBLEMS listed below. They took info from outer bag, along with the name of the store, sent me a few $3 off coupons, and the new towels & toilet paper bought at a DIFFERENT supermarket are STILL the SAME... - Towels DON'T absorb well because they have very few paper fibers embedded into each sheet. Need 5... yes 5 sheets to pick up a small spill. Held up to the light you can ACTUALLY read right through them. SHOWED THEM TO COMPANY at a HOLIDAY gathering AND WE ALL HAD A BIG LAUGH reading THROUGH THEM -- in actuality NONE of this is FUNNY! - Towels DON'T cut evenly at perforations... in fact perforations were only on first 10 sheets or so of each roll AFTER THAT THE PERFORATIONS WERE INTERMITTENT; REPEATEDLY resulting in ragged 2x3 in / 3x4 in. pieces tearing off in my hand. - Toilet paper even WORSE... tears into ragged pieces as well because perforations DON'T work. PLUS... fibers are so few, one needs practically half a roll to wipe! The paper is so light & transparent that it actually FLIES in the air when taken off the roll. What an EMBARRASSMENT when company came over!!! Good thing I had one roll of another brand to switch them out. Swearing off your product for good, but am determined to review your towels & toilet paper on every website where they are sold, so others are not fleeced as I feel I have been. Am trying to get local & network TV to contain regular "product-review segments" similar to ABC's original "The Fleecing of America" segment. I am recommending SCOTT products as their FIRST topic for review. I still have one roll each of your tissues & toilet paper ready for their cameras! Even with coupons &/or at SALE prices, this is a waste of money for the consumer -- Bottom line: YOUR company has been told and has done NOTHING to improve the product.

I buy Scott towels all the time. I really like them a lot because they have a wonderful absorption rate and clean up well. I have 6 cats and they tend to get a little messy and the Scott towels picks up their messes very easily, quickly and thoroughly.

Scott paper towels has select a size. They are thicker and do not fall apart when you use them. They stand up to the test and to the Scott provide name. I wouldn't want to use anything else. It is truly the best paper towel for the product and price.

I have brought this brand in the past before COVID and now I will have to look into something else. The paper towels are too thin and tear badly. I bought a big pack and only use two rolls so far, but "NO MORE". I am going to the store to get something better.

There is no waste with the choose a sheet roll of paper towels. You can tear off a small sheet for the little wipe ups or two sheets for the bigger spills. Two sheets equal one regular size of most other brands. The price beats the competition. The rolls are mega size and since you can choose the size you want , they last longer.

I bought a 12=22 pack of Scott Paper Towels at the beginning of the pandemic since it was almost impossible to find paper towels. I never wrote a review but have been thinking about the product now that I can get what I need in good quality paper towels. I use and love Kleenex tissues so figured since they are synonyms with great quality Scott would be too. Sadly, the paper towels were flimsy and non absorbent and I never purchased them again. I am not surprised that wherever they are sold there is an abundant stock of them. I imagine maybe others have purchased Scott Paper Towels and because of their poor quality do not want to purchase them again!

Works so good to clean up all the little messes my 3year old makes.

Like the product a10 have used them for years will keep using product.
