Bought these for the first time because VIVA towels were not available. These towels are rough and completely unacceptable. I can't wait until I've used the packages up and can buy something else..........anything else. Will never use this brand again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very disappointed in these paper towels. They feel waxy and stiff and uncomfortable to use. They absorb in a way where things are left dripping off of them because they are so waxy feeling. I would never get these again.

Scott is my go to brand for my TT. But its been a year since my last purchase of Scott Paper Towels and this time a huge disappointment. Why??? While it does absorb pretty good, it dissolves even better. I wipe my wet hands on the paper and boy did it break apart like how you would want your sewage safe TT. There is no “strength” in these PT for any chores. Like Brawny, I do not like the PT quality so its quite a let down. Still buy your TT though...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've used this brand before for their toilet paper rolls and this is my first time using their paper towels. It's not bad. It's quite thick and sturdy and gets the job done in terms of cleaning up my messes, water spills or drying my hands.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Prior to trying these paper towels; I was not aware that Scott made anything besides toilet paper. These rolls were durable and absorbent. You can definitely feel the quality compared to the store brands. I used less sheets to clean up spills and they held up when cleaning surfaces. Great quality from Scott!

Not sure how a company likes Scott gets it so wrong. All they have to do is buy the competitive brand and see how much superior the other product is. I normally use great value but they were out of stock so bought this. The texture on these is awful, they aren't as absorbent, and the sheets don't tear as easily. Will avoid in the future.

The Scott towels may not be the softest or prettiest but they are the most absorbent and reliable. To begin, I am a big fan of being able to choose my size. Sometimes you don't need a full paper towel and this product allows me to choose. The ridges are great at picking up messes and performing overall basic housecleaning. The towel itself is sturdy and effective.

I am impressed with your sustainability, environmental and recycling efforts and I appreciate that. And pricewise they were competitive. However, having recently bought a packet of towels I have been fairly disappointed with both how flimsy they are and how they do not tear well along the sheet perforations .

Always buy scott paper towels and toilet paper. Lately the paper towels are frustrating! You simply can't rip them on the perforated line anymore. Every towel rips unevenly! If you're trying a new and cheaper “formula” during Covid, your customers are going to leave and probably won't switch back after.
