[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It would be great to have some sort of handle on your Scott paper towel packages. I've seen to many senior citizens having a difficult time carrying your products and constantly dropping them. Thank you for such a great product.

Have bought this brand for years & hasnt been at my store lately, Purchased some this week and oh my gosh they are so thin you can almost see through them. It has cost me more money to purchase these as I have to use 3-4 just to dry my hands. And if using to drain anything on, I mean i just opened and a roll almost gone. Will not make the mistake of buying these again

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the Select-A-Size feature of Scott paper towels, because sometimes you don't need an entire sheet everytime. They are a little thin though. It seems that the sheets on the the full sheet rolls are a little thicker.

We've been using scott toilet paper for over 80 years throughout the whole family now they lowered the 2 ply to 1 ply witch made them lose about 25 customers in my family. GO BACK TO 2 PLY. YOU MADE A BAD MOVE LOWERING THE PLY. Now were trying someone else .

I bought two packages of your Scott® Select-A-Size 1-Ply Paper Towel Mega Rolls, 6" x 11",White, 102 Sheets Per Roll, Pack Of 15 Rolls from Office Depot. I knew the paper towels were 1 ply and that is fine, but what I received wasn't mega rolls. The packaging said mega roll, these are not mega rolls. Attached is a photo of a mega roll of a different brand on the left and your mega roll on the right. I'm not satisfied. Your term 'mega roll is misleading. You could make it right by sending me another Scott® Select-A-Size 1-Ply Paper Towel Mega Rolls, 6" x 11",White, 102 Sheets Per Roll, Pack Of 15 Rolls .

What is the point of these?! These are so thin and useless and each time I've bought them by pure accident I realize what a waste of money they are! A single ply it's just about the thickness of a piece of toilet paper! These are supposed to be paper towels not Kleenex! Try again! Take these off the market and stop wasting paper products!

8 mega rolls use to be =13. Had 114 (11" X 6.5 ") sheets and 56.6 sq.ft per roll. Now mostly 102 sheets @ 46.7 sq ft per roll. Not that long ago the mega rolls were even larger when you got the big packages. Tired of looking. Moving on to another brand.

I usually buy bounty paper towels but tried Scott because they were on sale. I am so dissatisfied with them. Cant tear off one sheet without it shredding in pieces. Its too thin. I have to use twice as many paper towels to clean up a mess. So frustrating. Hope you all can improve quality.

I always buy Scott paper towels but the last big pack I bought will not rip at the perforation and that is maddening! First I thought it would be part of the roll, then just one roll but only have 2 left and they have all been a pain. You might want to step up your QA.

I bought the 6 roll pick a size 7 months ago. I just recently started to use them. There is not one sheet that tears completely on the perforation! I am sick of trying to tear a sheet. I've even tried to hold the roll, but no luck. I called your customer service and was offered a measly $4 coupon that won't even cover the replacement cost-if I even wanted to give this brand another try! Instead of offering a small coupon, why don't you fix the perforation problem? I'm no the only person with this same complaint.
