Love this but don't like the lid

Love this creamer and am tempted to try more flavors. The only bad thing is the lid. It snaps closed and spurts creamer out and also drips down the bottle.

Soy oil

Why did they go cheap and use soy oil? Many people with soy allergies cannot even consume soil oil. One of the top 8 allergins. Yet they choose to use it. SMH..

We will always label for Allergens by FDA Standards if our products directly contain or have chances for cross-contamination for any of the Major 8 allergens. The 'High Oleic Soybean Oil' is not considered a soy-allergen since it's highly refined and does not have the soy protein. We'll pass your comments along to our team.

Original caramel macchiato

Why did you have to go changing a good selling and good tasting product? The original is MUCH better tasting than the crappy oat milk you've added, Bring back the original - PLEASE. This new additive is AWFUL!

Sounds like you may have mistakenly picked up a bottle of our Almond Milk & Oat Milk Caramel Creamer which was introduced last year. We're definitely still making our original Caramel Creamer you enjoy so much and it doesn't contain oat milk.

Lack of useful information

I am purchasing the product online but I cannot find any information regarding whether the product can be left at room temperature before opening. And if so, for how long. I have refrigeration storage limitations...

Delicious!

This is my second bottle and we love it! I love the Carmel macchiatos that we get from Starbucks so this was a great way to enjoy a lighter calorie version at home. LOVE!!
