Wonderful for burgers, they form perfect on the meat and melt to perfection. We think they have a creamy taste and just enough blue cheese without being too strong. I have also broken up some pieces and put them in a salad. Tonight when making Buffalo chicken style Pillsbury ring, added a layer of the blue cheese over the chichen, before wrapping up each section....wonderful.

This blue is great on burgers and veggie burgers. (It says on the package it's suitable for vegetarians.) It melts great. I had some escape my burger and end up on my sweet corn and that was delicous, as well. I want to try a grilled cheese with this and some cheddar.

OMG, if you like Blue Cheese, buy this! Absolutely DELICIOUS & it really brings out the taste of my turkey & beef burgers! I have also mixed it in with a salad & purchased 2 additional packs for my coworkers!! I hope & pray that Sam's continues to carry it!!

We had never seen blue cheese slices before and had to try this. They have good flavor but are not as crumbly as a classic blue like Roquefort, and work well on sandwiches or on top of steaks. Because of the softness they're not as suitable for salads.
