He loved the jacket

I placed my first order in early Oct. 2024. Shipping said "delivery by Oct. 11, 2024" On the 13th, I followed up with customer service as Fed-Ex hadn't even received the shipment 2 days after the alleged delivery date. I canceled the order and then reflected on the issue, thinking maybe this seller was just overrun with orders and I wasn't being patient enough. Well, I decided to reorder and wait it out. The order was supposed to be delivered 3 days ago, but I wasn't directly concerned with the shipping time because I can't find these jackets anywhere else. However, today, there was a "Delivery attempt" made 40 minutes away from my location. Fed-Ex stated this time that they had an incorrect address, but the address they had was not one I have on file nor one that I have ever used. I still have not received my order and was told by Fed-Ex to contact the seller with my correct address. This is a 3rd party seller, not Sam's, according to their (Sam's) customer service and good luck getting ahold of anyone remotely helpful on the subject. I understand mistakes happen, but twice in a row? Buyers, beware, you may not receive your order, or it may be shipped to the wrong address when you give the correct address to begin with, and the correct address is reflected in your account. My mistake for ordering twice, but their mistake for pretending to be a trustworthy source.

Purchased this for my son july 2024, and he LOVED it, but sadly it only last 4 months and the big bluey came off the zipper and we were unable to repair it therefore the jacket wouldnt zip. He would like another but if it isnt going to last its not worth buying again
