This smells like vanilla and not alcohol and that is important to me.

Real Vanilla

This product is way different from McCormick brand of pure vanilla extract. I make brittle with it, and could tell the difference right away. A few of my customers said it was different too. I will not purchase this item again. The flavor was not as good as the other vanilla.

Not up to par

I am a vanilla extract snob if I dare say so myself. I was not super optimistic about the quality of this vanilla but to my surprise it is really good. I would compare this to the pure vanilla extract from McCormick but At a much better price. This has a real vanilla taste and not an artificial one. The quality and the volume of product that you get for the price is really unbeatable. 
I will definitely be purchasing this again once I run out
