[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received Alka Seltzer Buffered Aspirin in Original Flavor from Influenster to try and review. This is not an antacid that we normally associate Alka Seltzer with, this is a pain reliever for headaches, backaches, body aches and muscle pain. To me, the original flavor tastes very salty and I can't get past the taste. Reading the package, I see each tablet contains 568 mg of sodium and a serving is 2 tablets, so that explains that. Personally, I would much rather swallow 2 pills then drink this but if someone cannot swallow pills this may be a great alternative. Each tablet contains 325 mg of buffered aspirin and sodium bicarbonate so would probably help with a hangover too.

I had a love hate relationship with this product. I felt as a teenager it worked slightly for my aching stomach but the awful fizz taste was the worst to swallow down. I was never fond of the taste but the product did slightly ease my stomach issue at the time.

I have only ever used this whenever I have had stomach issues. This honestly works effectively and quickly for me. I guess I never paid too close attention to see that it can also be used for heartburn (good to know) and other ailments. I cannot speak to those but if ever you have a stomach ache grab one of these.

I'm not the one who really buys Alka-Seltzer but I tried these when I had a headache and they work, it got rid of it pretty quickly. The only thing I don't like about Alka-Seltzer is the taste, I know it's not strong but I hate drinking any kind of medication like this it just makes me gag. But I would use them again if I need to get rid of a pesky headache in a hurry.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a headache, and I wanted to give this a try. It was so fizzy for so long it was hard to drink (for reference, I am a heavy soda drinker). It was barely drinkable and tasted salty. It also didn't help my headache, and I woke up later and took a different medication. I would not take this again. Taking a pill is much easier and more effective.

Alka-seltzer have been one of the product I have keep with me from my Childhood to everytime I have indigestion or feel bloated for any reason I drop two pill of alKa seltzer and all my stomach problems goes away. I highly recommended it to all my friends and family

The product dissolved quickly without stirring. It took my headache away, but it was no miracle. For me, I could see myself using a product like this if it were flavored
