A very fast working. Quick relief of Headache due to stomach disorder

Alka-seltzer been around since I've been a kid. They worked then and work now. Inexpensive

Always helpful when you need to use these tablets, full tummy at times and this really does help.

I take prescription meds for this but for breakthrough heartburn, alka seltzer is perfect.

Put one in a cup with a little bit of water and it takes the burn away instantly I love these

Original Alka-Selzer ( or dill pickle juice) works best for me when I have indigestion.
