Bayer and Alka-Seltzer are brands my family knows and trusts. I use these tablets to relieve heartburn and indigestion. We have used this for years and will continue to do so for years and years.

Instant relief, does not have that medicine taste .my whole family uses only Alka seltzer ,We live in the south with spicy foods ,so it's a must at our home .

I can't seem to find Alka Seltzer lemon lime flavor (with aspirin) anywhere these days. Original flavor tastes terrible. Alka Seltzer should make all of their products lemon lime flavor.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I never thought to take Alka Seltzer for pain relief but I am so glad I did. I worked quicker than I thought it would. It doesn't have a taste. I would definitely recommend using it!

I always make sure I keep these in my medicine Cabinet it's a must in our home it does great wonders when it comes to stomach issues or heart burn I definitely recommend this product.

Another must have product! Works fast to relieve an upset stomach or heartburn! I also heard it helps with aches but I've only used it for heartburn. Works great!
