Did the job. When other antacids don't work, I rely on Alka Seltzer to help me out. The product certainly delivers on its promise to relieve my indigestion and pain, particularly before bedtime!

God, I HATE drinking these. HATE it. You have to chug it down like you would a shot of cheap tequila. It is not pleasant, but it sure does get the job done.

Just like Picot these tablets add a weird taste to your water. I'm not a big fan of them but if they are available I will use them. They are more expensive than the picot but both get the job done. But it's too fizzy for me to drink.

9 times out of 10 this does the trick for me that's why we keep it handy in the home at all times. One packet with a little bit of water (as recommended) is enough!
