That way when my back ache kicks in. I just drop them my water and my relief is on the way. This is a must have for the person on the go. I'm so happy I actually came across these! I have a tendency of over-eating or getting a upset stomach and I just pop these into some water and like magic my stomach ache is gone. I really recommend these if you have stomachaches or anything of that sort.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i would like to recommend Alka-Seltzer for the relief of heartburn, acid indigestion and sour stomach, it is a fast relief, 9 times out of 10 this does the trick for me that's why we keep it in handy in our home at all times. one packet with a little bit of water is enough!

I don't really like the taste, it's bitter and I would prefer to just take a pill, but for those that have issues swallowing pills it would be good!

Helps with pain, headaches, menstrual cramps. I received this product complimentary in exchange for my honest review.

I don't think people know the greatness of this product. Bloating can be painful as well as uncomfortable. Alka seltzer has acetaminophen in it to help with any pain. It's not the best taste but you just have to down it fast. It helps to hold your nose. It works and that's what matters to me!!
