Bought 9 of these for my garage two years ago, and it mad a phenomenal difference compared to the fluorescents that they replaced. Unfortunately, on has now begun flashing steadily, making it useless. I sent Lights of America a message regarding the problem 6 days ago, and have thus far received no reply whatsoever. Given that their (worthless) warranty states that they expect me to pay to ship the worthless fixture back to them, I believe I'll, just cut my losses and replace that fixture with a Honeywell unit.

Lights of America 4-foot LED Shoplight (2 pk.) - we purchased (4) of these shoplights to put in our 6 car garage that doesn't have any windows. We are absolutely amazed by the great job they do lighting up the garage. We wished that we had purchased them sooner!

I was replacing 2 , 2 bulb 40 watt fluorescent fixtures in my garage. This unit has good lighting for it's power requirements but the lighting floods the area less than the old fixtures . I am keeping one these and keeping one of the old fluorescent fixtures . I am keeping one of these because they are more reliable with daily use. The lighting from these units do have a more daylight like pure white light. Also they do not have the disadvantage of the half life of a fluorescent bulb.

About half the price of similar shop lights at several Big Box Home Centers. In fact, even fluorescent fixtures of the same size were more when I shopped. Bright white light covers a generous area when hung at the 8' height and, of course, if you are able to install the fixture higher, you will get an even larger area covered. I was impressed enough after buying one, I ordered two more. Recommended.

I am a very strong proponent of LED Lighting. This is the greatest discovery since water into wine! Construction, mostly plastic with aluminum blended in, seems durable. Extremely bright, casts a very good range of light, much more than the old guy. Wish the cord was 10 foot. Most garages have a receptacle near the "front of the car" location. Need light all around the garage. A 10 foot cord would have helped place the third light I bought. I angled the light over the car so it would shine toward the garage door and got plenty of light. Gave the third light I bought to a friend, and he is going to use it as a "beacon of light portable trouble light" when he works on his cars. Excellent quality. You will be amazed at the difference, if you are replacing a typical florescent fixture. 4200 lumens at 43 watts and 22 years of life. Hope I can remember that in 22 years!

I purchased 1 of these for my pantry. I was so pleased with it that I bought 12 more for my work shop. They are so easy to install, and I ever have placed chained on them because I don't need all of them on all the time, like I did before. So far an excellent buy. So nice to have the lights come on not having to wait for the old fluorescent light.

We originally bought the Lights of America shoplights to go over bedroom windows (7 of them). Liked them so much, we put one in my Mother's garage, and 3 more in our garage. Lot's of light! Don't know how reliable they are as these all went in in the last 6 months... But at this point, I would definitely recommend these lights for their brightness and ease of installation (plug them in!).

These fixtures are very RFI and EMI quiet. On 475 kHz or 75 meters four fixtures emit barely discernible RFI received on a wire-fed 130' Zepp antenna within 20' of the lights. The noise floor raised about 1dB at 475 kHz when turned-on. The light quality is excellent for electronic work bench work. 73s, Ed, KI6R.

This complete fixture cost less than the 4 ft fluorescent fixtures I converted and placed led lamps in them. It cost about $60 for the two 4 ft led tubes. The light from this fixture is awesome. Using it in my wood shop. Will be getting more of them.

I was hesitant to buy these because I wondered if they would be as bright as the 4 foot T12s I had in my garage so I bought 1 of them to try it out. After I pugged it in I went right back to Sam's and bought 8 more. I have a 24X48 4 car garage and the lighting is so bright it almost hurts your eyes. I can also tell a difference in how hot it is in the garage during the summer months. Buy em.........you won't be disappointed.
