the package was damaged the container that the product was in is cracked and the top is also cracked i do not want a refund, but I would like for the item to be replaced

I bought this to sprinkle on popcorn and it just tastes like a flavored cocoa powder that's maybe best mixed into a drink and certainly not as a topping. Doesn't taste anything like Twix
