Excellent Tires

I have purchased ContiProContact tires many times for three cars in the family over the past several years. They perform very well in dry, wet and snow conditions; have a pretty good wear life. The only downsides are they tend to flat spot quickly especially in cold temps which is somewhat annoying and after extended wear they get a little loud even when rotated frequently. Still I am pleased with the tire.

Replacement Tires for MINI

Unfortunately tires on my MINI lost tread prematurely with uneven wear. After reading about different brands of tires I settled on Continental Contipro tires for my MINI. Similar tires were on the MINI before and they offered better price to performance. I shopped around and finally decided to buy from Walmart as they were able to match competitor's price for customer satisfaction. I bought tire balance and road hazard warranty from Walmart. I am so far happy with the tires and I know Walmart/Continental will stand behind the tire in case of any problems.

Great Tires

I bought my Honda Civic brand new and now have over 80,000 mile on it. I had my first flat at 76,000 miles. The tires are worn evenly just the thread is getting low. I will need to buy 4 new tires very soon and hope the last me until I hit 150,000 miles on my Civic.

Super tire for our 50th Anniversary 2015 Mustang

Replace the original P275/40/R19 Perreli Z rated tires that came on the car after 12,000 miles of normal driving because they were dang near slick on the rear with the Conti Pro Contact. After 15,000 miles, with 3 rotations, tread wear shows just under 8/32 rubber left put of the original 9/32 rubber. Traction is fantastic even in heavy rain at interstate speeds, lots of grip, smooth ride, no whine, great handling tire. V rated tire is fine with me, cause I don't plan to go near the 150 mph rating, but they are solid on the road, along with smooth at 120 mph. Conti Pro has the rim protector bead, with the sealant lining and were my choice even over the "so called recommended" Cooper tire by other Mustang owners who rave about getting 25Kto 30K miles on their Cooper. Me, with early tread wear, I looking to go well past 30K more towards the 40K rating. Best of all a set of 4 was nearly a half the price of the Perreli and nearly $200 less the Cooper. Would recommend to any one and I am Basically not a Continental tire fan other than when I ran Continental on my VW back in the 60s.

Worn before it's time

I bought a VW Jetta in August of 2014 and by April 2017 the tires are worn out. My previous Michelin's lasted 60K miles on my last car. This car was taken to the dealer for all service intervals and rotated as needed, so there's no excuse. I can get cheaper tires that last longer, and I will.

Wish I could give no stars!!

These tires have been the worst tires I have ever owned. I have a brand new car and have had to replace my tires every year so far! The first time I had them replaced I was upset to say the least. I mean, why should anyone have to replace tires on a brand new car less than a year old. I purchased the same tires again thinking it was me but, no! This is now my four time needing to replace them within two years! Not to mention the company does absolutely NOTHING to help! Do not make the same mistake I did!!!

Only lasted 20K miles....not long enough

These tires are too expensive to only last 20K miles. I've seen other reviews with longer mileage but I guess I wasn't that lucky. Everything else was great with the tires but I expect to get more than 20,000 on tires. I just spent a lot of $$ to replace my tires after 20,000 miles. Not good.

The tires are covered for wear, so, if they are evenly worn down to 2/32" of tread remaining, with proof of tire rotation every 6,000 - 8,000 miles, you dealer can replacement under the mileage warranty.

Last a long time, but very loud

These came as OEM tires on a 2010 Civic sedan. They gave me 56k miles, but got very loud as time went on. Almost unbearable towards the end. Couldn't even have a comfortable Bluetooth conversation. I might have gotten 3-5k more miles out of them, but decided to upgrade early. If you don't mind the road noise they do last a long time. Not 80k warranty long, but longer than most.

Nice tire, but expensive for 40k rated tire

Stock on Volvo. At 37k+. V-rated for 40k. I'm starting to look for new tires but could possibly stretch these a while. They've worn as expected. They have handled the rainy NW. This product has alternative models that have longer mileage rating. I've noticed people talking about getting 80k and wonder if they have reviewed the wrong tire because I don't see these lasting any where near that without going bald. But overall, I've been satisfied. Due to the cost to replace, I feel I can get a longer rated tire for comparable cost so that would be my only negative. Made in Portugal. I will be looking for a USA made replacement tire if possible.

Wouldn't buy any other tire!

I drive a E350 Mercedes Sport, the ride & handling is great, rain, snow or sunshine. They are quiet tire with great road grip. For example: Traveling on the highway at 80 MPH in the high speed lane, two cars ahead of me hit the Jersey Barrier, bounce across the lanes, hit the guard rail in the breakdown lane and bounce back across the highway, I was able to maneuver around the situation, avoiding a costly accident. Enough said.
