This tire came in with my 2017 Honda Civic Sport hatchback. Fast forward to Sept 2019 going home to NJ from a trip to NY along the NJ turnpike to which I did not see the pothole at the turnpike, my front left/driver side hit it and then immedialtely my TPMS light turned on. The steering wheel started to shake and I knew after that the tire was badly damaged. If it was a different brand, it could have sustained that amount of impact, but for the Continental, it was a failure. Only positive side of this tire was the good fuel economy that I got from it.

These tires came equipped on my 2011Ford Transit van. They drive just fine (when clean), the handling is fine (when clean). Unfortunately these tires have proven to be the worst tire I have ever experienced or seen for grabbing, and holding small rocks and gravel in it's tread, therefore becoming the noisiest ride I have ever encountered. All it takes is driving about on a typical town's roadways to fill up the tread with small rocks that will not disengage even at 60 mph highway speeds. I figured it to be a warranty issue, but the brilliant Ford dealer said that I should not drive on gravel with these tires. Now considering that asphalt accounts for almost all paved surfaces, and that the surface of that asphalt is GRAVEL, there is no way to avoid this situation. So much for a quiet ride the data sheet brags about. Ford will not swap for different tires, even under warranty. I will try to get Continental to swap them next, hopefully they will own up to their poor tread design. If I were shopping for tires, I would pass this model by.

These tires were the factory installed set and are exceptional.They make my 2012 civic ride like it's big brother accord. They are very quiet, comfortable and have remarkable grip in the corners and wet weather. I would recommend these to anyone who wants an upgrade to their factory tires.

I have the Continetal tires on my car, I have 26,000 mikeson my car and the sidewalls blew like a retread on the highway. Luckily I could pull over plus I had kids in the car. I would never buy these tires again. I did not hit anything to cause the sidewall of my tires to rip in a complete circle. Obviously a factory flaw.

I bought a 2011 Jetta and after 2 months of ownership tire went flat. Paid to have tire checked before replacing it and found absolutely nothing wrong with it. 8 weeks later loss of air again, once again filled with air and found nothing wrong. I had the tires rotated and now the tire with the issue is now on the left rear, no loss of air until tires were rotated again and that tire was moved to the left front. Once again and 8 weeks later total loss of air. Finally broke down and purchased a new tire because the dealer says there was no warranty. Please help with some advise, there was no impact and could not find anything wrong with the tire but after a couple of months air would leak out but only when its on the front. Rim was checked, tire was dismounted and remounted after cleaning the rim.

The tires came on my Saab and they only have 20,000 miles on them and are noisy and poor handling.

Do not expect a lot of milleage. Fantastic grip on dry and wet road. Great.

mad at vw for making this tire oem.first two went at 21,000 miles,second two at 26,000.very,very noisy.

This tire handled great. However the life was far too short. 200+ a tire should get better than 20,000 miles

These tires stick like glue wet or dry. Very quiet and comfortable. Very stable at high speeds. I have these on my 2011 BMW 328x drive.
