National Cop

I drive a Charger Police Pkg on the highway with 55K as the mileage. I've had this set for 2 years and have 4/32nd left. Cornering..I'l give an 8.5 out of 10. Tire behaves well giving me a 'better than most on the road' confident feeling while on rain soaked highways. Biggest problem is the bad 'feathering' on the front tires. I have had to rotate the tires more often than I have for the other makes I've had the experience of riding on.

Great for me!

I was disappointed I could not buy snow tires for my AWD vehicle, but I bought these all-season tires and they have gone great in the snow! I live an a snow-belt and rarely can drive anywhere without hitting a bad area in winter. Haven't had a problem all year.

Another Average OEM Tire

We've got about 22k miles on our 2011 Honda Odyssey which was outfitted with these tires from the factory. I can certainly say I've had worse OEM tires than these before, but these are not better by much. They seem to roll nice (low rolling resistance) and have a great treadlife thus far with 7/32 still remaining, but are noisy and lack traction in snow and wet roads. I've got no real opinion on their handling characteristics as they are on a minivan...not a sport's car. All in all an ok tire at best.

Good all-around performance tire

I am currently driving with these tires on my 2012 Jetta 2.5SE. I love to push my vehicle to its limits, and this tire works well in helping me do just that. -So far they've lasted me 10k miles under moderately strenuous use with no problems, and less than 25% wear on the Tire Wear Indicator. -Great braking and take-off performance, and they still have good performance in extremely wet road conditions. Takes quite a lot of speed going around turns for these tires to lose grip. -Small bumps in the road are reduced to light muffled vibrations. I cannot attest to the tire performance on more powerful vehicles, but if you have the kind of car that's only meant to get you from A to B, then these tires are great for when you want performance out of your vehicle and when you need it.

OE ContiPro Contact Tires

ContiPro Contact tires came as original equipment on my 2010 MINI Cooper bought in July 2010. With less than 30,000 miles on the tires, even less with the use of four winter tires from November to March each year, the wear on the tires is down to 4/32 in front and 3/32 in rear and dealer is recommending replacement. Seems kind of fast wear for OE tires which come with a 6 year warranty, don't you think? And the only remedy is a pro rated replacement. With the same horribly performing tires? I don't think so.

2008 Subaru Forester

I recently replaced the factory install tires on my 2008 Subaru Forester with Continental tires. WOW what a difference. It made this really poor riding, poor handling car better. These tires are really good. The only negative is the slight increase in noise at interstate speeds, which is a fair trade for the extra performance.

Great Tires

Fitted to 07 Hyundai Sonata. Presently 6,000 miles since new. Tires run very smooth. Some noise on concrete paved roads - quiet on macadam. Very responsive on both dry and wet pavement. Tracking on very wet roads safe - tires do not hydroplane at 65 mph. Very satisfied with these tires compared to OEM Michelins and previous Dunlop Sports (removed at 15,000 miles due to vibration that could not be cured by balancing - found internal failure of cords when mounting new Continenal tires). Winter has arrived - so far tires provide manageable traction in upwards of 8 inches of snow and slush.

Worst Tires Ever

I got the tires new on my 2012 Ford Focus. I bought the tires from Classic Ford in Cambridge Ohio. The Dealership does not back the warranty and the tires wear out fast. These are the worst Tires I ever had on any vehicle. I would never recommend these tires for anyone. If you purchase a a vehicle and the tires are these ones or this brand go to a different dealership. I wish I had the knowledge I have now about these tires and I never would have bought this car from Ford.

Great for 17K but

These tires came with my 2010 TDI Golf and from the get go I noticed good handling. I am been so happy with them I just assume they were high dollar tires with the only fault of taking bumps a little hard which I figure is more do to being low profile tires. Now that I am at about 17K I am now starting to notice reduced tire traction, not sure if due to tread life, tread is wearing down but still within limits and no bad spots, the traction control on my car comes on more with not tring to take off fast. My turning performance I would say it still good fill soild. The biggest complaint would now have to be that on the highway I have noticed a bumping feel (and noise) as if the tires were out of balance. I recently had the tires balanced and a four wheel alignment but still feel it, it does stay straight. Maybe one tire is bad but I would have thought this would have been found during balance and inspection. Now I did notice the side wall on one tire is odd, I plan to replace this tire and IF this does stop the bumping, I have say the rating is a 5 star so far at 17K. Right now I rate a little lower. The photo is just stock and the EcoPlus tire I recommend is just the tire I think I am getting next, anybody?

If I had bought a Subaru I wouldn't blame the tire

Have 4K OE miles on a new BMW 328 xDrive (2011 awd) w/17 inch wheels. BMW uses run flats (SSR). I wonder if this increased sidewall construction changes a tire as much as truck version is different from a auto version. For instance the Bridgestone Revo AT series on my other vehicle a Toyota Landcruier In a 17 inch wheel size with a suspension that is tuned to the SSR might tires as planted on rails and no side roll. Live in the NM and drive a lot of narrow high mountain roads that I share in the summer with bikes. Never overdrive my line vision into the turns, even though the uphill acceleration brake system and tires are better what I can see. Experimented with controlled panic stops, straight on, no fade, worlds class stopping form 100 mph . Yeah we straight road too. All tires are a design compromise. In the winter I will deal with 6+ inches of fresh powder snow at 10,000 ft at the ski area and later at 7,000 in town and 50 degrees (F) or higher in winter. I'll let you know on that & wear. I am always amazed that folks never read reviews or their cars owner's manual. Don't think Subaru has ever made a off road vehicle (truck frame). But isn't the point of that purchase?
