Shocked

I took my car in for an airbag recall. The gentleman at the dealer told me I needed new tires they were almost bald. I only put 24,000 miles on the tires all local driving no highway

Thank you for leaving a review. We recommend requesting the actual tread depth measurements to confirm he tires are worn down to 2/32" of tread remaining. Although product use, (treadwear), is excluded from the new vehicle tire warranty, the vehicle can contact our office for help outside the warranty. The tires just need to be evenly worn down to 2/32", with records of tire rotation every 6,000 miles.

Excellent replacement tire

I have a 2011 Camry that had Bridgstone tires on it new. They were very poor tires. I changed over to the Continentals and what a difference. It handles better and they are very smooth. At this point I would recommend the Continentals.

Fool me once, shame on you. Will not happen again.

Purchased 4 of these new in 1/2019. I have driven 12k miles, with tire rotation at 6k miles. And 13 months later I need 4 more tires. Seems to be a going trend based on other reviews. Perhaps some quality testing is needed for this product??

As long as the tires are evenly worn down to 2/32" of tread remaining, with records of rotation every 6000 miles, the selling dealer can process a warranty exchange.

Wonderful all-around performance

It provides a comfortable, good handling ride on my RAV 4. It also provides excellent traction in the snow and we have plenty of that. I am very pleased with my purchase of Continental tires for my vehicle.

Great Tire

I bought a few years ago a Oldsmobile Alero, and considering the price you can buy really good quality. Low noise, great handling, good grip in rainfall and snow .

Noisey

This tire would be ok if you could stand the noise. Purchased the 2006 Ford used with 27000 miles on it and now has 55000 miles on it. Tires were noisey then and are just as noisey now. Makes trips 30 minuites or more very uncomfortable.

79K Factory Tires

I have 79K on my 2009 Fussion and just replacing the tires. I rotated the tires with every oil change and most of the miles are hwy. I am replacing them this week with the same brand. Best tires I ever owned.

Cracked tread only 2,000 miles on tires. wow

I bought a new maverick with these tires on - I have 2,000 miles on the truck and tires - had a blow out on a interstate this morning. After getting the tire inspected - tire shop said its bad manufacturing and that trying to get the manufacture to cover their tires with this particular company is very difficult then suggested I just buy a new one. 2,000 miles?!?! what the heck. A crack IN the tread.

Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback. We are sorry that the local shop provided incorrect information about the warranty process. It is up to the local dealer to determine if a tire has a warrantable issue. If it does, they can process a warranty credit or exchange. We recommend returning to the vehicle dealer to have the tire inspected for warranty coverage. The tires on your vehicle are covered by both the vehicle manufacturer’s bumper-to-bumper warranty and our New Vehicle Tire Warranty. Should you or the dealer have questions, please contact our office Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM ET, at 800-847-3349.
