After realizing that the other popular fizzy immune boosting Vitamin C drink we've used for years contained Maltodextrin (up high in the list of ingredients of two of the three flavors) we saw this new item and immediately ordered it. Plus it has over twice the amount of Vitamin C, Vitamin D3 and one less carb (due to no Maltodextrin) than the other fizzy drink. Maltodextrin is to be avoided because, while it's not itself a sugar, it's a carbohydrate that behaves as sugar when consumed in the way it impacts blood glucose levels and it has a GI index higher than table sugar. As I write this review I see that it's out of stock at Sam's Club. I really hope that this was not just a limited time offering and won't be restocked like some other products, because we intend to buy this superior product again and again. I'd like to buy it from Sam's, but if not I'll get it somewhere else. It's that good.
