The texture is smooth and creamy—definitely better than I expected from a high-protein yogurt. It’s filling and makes a great snack or post-workout option, especially when you need something quick and nutritious. The flavors I tried were “Strawberry” and “Berry” and it was well-balanced—not too sweet, which I really appreciate. Some protein products have a chalky aftertaste, but this one managed to avoid that for the most part. In the future I’d love to see more variety in flavors or even a non-dairy version in the future. Overall, it’s a solid, convenient choice for anyone looking to increase their protein intake without compromising on taste. I’ll definitely be buying it again!

One serving (3 tubes) of the gogurt protein has more than double the amount of protein than their standard yogurt. It does also have more sugar, carbs, sodium, and cholesterol and less (as in zero) fruit.
