It helps me sneak in more protein in their diets as I continue to diversify their palettes. It also helps how easy it is to just grab them and pack them when we are going out. They fit anywhere! My only problem is they want the whole box in one sitting- they looveee them!

They are easy to open, so even our littles can do it. I put some in the freezer so my kiddo can have frozen yogurt ice cream on these hot days.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are one of my newest favorite finds. I loved Go-Gurts growing up but my mom wouldn’t buy them for us very often. Now that I’m an adult I can buy them whenever I want. They are the perfect snack to carry around. I grab for these at least once a day for an on the go snack. I keep some in the freezer in case I want to take some with me to eat a bit later. But let’s be real, they’re so good frozen! What makes these extra exciting is the protein. One little tube has a good amount which means I can have two or three in a day and still feel good about it. I don’t feel guilty at all. The flavor is simple and reminds me of being a kid. It’s not fancy but that’s exactly what makes them work. Sometimes you just want something easy and good.
