I had a new kitchen faucet installed with kitchen remodel work in May. It leaked all the time and plumber said to live with it. I got the Moen one and a different plumber and had them install the Moen. I love it. No drips, finger marks etc. So happy with this purchase.

Bought this unit to replace a Delta pull-out that got stuck in it's receptacle and kinked it's hose if you twisted it too quickly. Those two problems solved with the pull-down and a better hose. But the weight on the hose is too light and the nozzle doesn't always find it's receptacle. Second, the supposed strong stream of the sprayer is a weaker than I expected. This could be due to an all-too-wide spray pattern and too many jets. Overall build quality is excellent and the handle friction and feel is just right. Sprayer kept me from the fifth star.

I just got this faucet and it is exactly what I needed. The faucet has a high arc and sprayer that allows me to rinse my dishes without bumping into the faucet. The only part I don't like is the base has only one big screw holding it in place and the plate doesn't sit flush on the sink base. Had to caulk to close up the space.

I installed this a week ago and could not be happier. The installation was easy and the faucet looks great. It adds a lot of height over the sink and pulls out making it so easy to clean large pans. Removed a perfectly good Kohler faucet that was useless, thank you Moen for a quality product.

Beautifully crafted, great quality and well thought out ergonomic design. Installation couldn't have been easier. My only suggestion is to use a good basin wrench instead of the plastic wrench supplied with the faucet when torquing down the faucet to the sink.

After installation there was a leak at handle and also down hoses from valve body. I had read a review from a few others that had a similar problem. I didn't want to disassemble and return so I tried a simple fix. I took off the handle and collar cone and tightened the valve body in the housing about 1/16 - 1/8 turn since it was a little loose. This solved the problem. This might be something you want to check at final assembly. Works great !

Good value at Costco; works well. Bummer is if you're replacing an older Moen you'll be surprised to find out that the hoses are different sizes...another trip to the hardware store to buy an adapter.

This faucet is top quality.I like how easy it was to install along with how easy it was to follow the instructions.The pull down hose snaps in and is rock solid, not some cheap platic part like a differnt co. makes.

The faucet is a great value for the money and installation was very easy. The only drawback for me was that it did not include a dishwasher drain cap but that is a minor inconvenience.

Kitchen faucet has been installed for 2 weeks and it is so much nicer than the one we replaced. It is so easy to use. I really like the pull down hose vs the pull out one we had at our last house.
