I didn't even get to try this because as I reached my hand in to the bag I pulled out a glove finger I called the customer service number and was told they can do nothing about it. They told me to take the bag back to the store. So that's my plan but I think at least they could of said they were sorry and asked for the numbers on the bag so it could be documented. What if a child was eating out of the bag and ate it and choked.
