This is the best tasting frozen pizza I have found!! Cooking instructions seem a bit off tho. Instructions on box states preheat oven to 200°, and cook 12-14 minutes. IMO that will defrost it, but not really heat it. Roncardi website cooking instructions state; “ Step 1. Preheat Oven to 425° F Remove all film and packaging from the pizza Step 2. Bake On backing pan middle oven rack for 14-16 minutes Step 3. Cool Before cutting and serving for 2 minutes. Microwave cooking is not recommended. For crispier crust, bake pizza directly on center rack. Cooking times may vary depending on your equipment. *Once defrosted do not refreeze, consume after baking.” Next time I will try 350° first, as to not overcook and possibly burn. *edit/realization while typing this comment. Cooking instructions state 200° CELSIUS!!! No Wonder it wasn't cooking properly. I'll blame it on the fine print and eagerness too cook this, and also assuming it was US cooking temperature.

I absolutely loved this mushrooms and truffle sauce, garlic sauce and mozzarella cheese pizza. Most Americans have never experienced the subtle taste of truffles, and these pizzas are a great way to start. But Sam's Club is no longer selling them! I hope and pray that Sam's Club brings these pizzas back. (I'd go full-hog and buy at least a dozen packages at a time for my freezer, even more until my freezer was full!) Sam's Club, is anybody listening to the vast majority of your customers who gave these pizza five stars?

We travel to Italy now and then to visit my wife's relatives in Veneto. When we go, I always look forward to being able to visit pizzerias to enjoy real wood fired pizza. Here at home, I have tried replicating the texture and taste for many years but never have been able to come close. That's not to say that a good pizza can not be purchased in the U.S. However, Roncadin Pizza is the best "real Italian" pizza I have ever eaten in the U.S. There are other pizzas available from Roncadin that I have viewed on their Web site, that contain different toppings but have not seen in stores. All my local Sam's Club stores in the Columbus, Ohio area, are out of stock of Roncadin Pizzas. I hope they replenish the inventory and hopefully add some of the additional toppings as well. They are incredible! Please re-stock!
