I bought says about 6 weeks ago and kept it in the freezer. Defrosted it overnight in the refrigerator and cooked last night. When I bought it my first idea was to put barbecue sauce on it and grill it, but we had so much BBQ over Memorial Day weekend I decided to try something else. I put some sauerkraut in a deep skillet with juniper berries, brown sugar, and a little white wine, let it come to a simmer and put the pork on top of that. Covered and let it simmer for about 20 minutes more and served it with mashed potatoes. It was delicious! Super tender, the pork added a little smokiness to the sauerkraut and the wine and brown sugar added a little sweetness to the pork. Will certainly buy again!

We usually add Sweet Baby Ray's to this. It is always so tender and tastes oh so good! Even though it's lean, it still is juicy and bursting with flavor. It and the Jack Daniels pulled pork are our two favorite pork products that Sam's Club carries. We usually get this every other week for a family meal. It's worth it, and you should try it!

We bought this pork about two weeks ago, primarily thinking it would be an easy dinner. Short cook time since already fully cooked. Big bonus was that it tasted great too! Very tender! Will certainly buy again.
