I've always bought Sony TVs or Panasonic. Never in my mind would I have thought my spouse and I would buy a Samsung. The color and visual aspect of this TV is absolutely stunning! The picture is much brighter than the regular 4K and curve. Volume options on this TV is wonderful also. Can't forget to mention the price we paid! Well worth our money and their customer service is absolutely amazing. That's a definite plus!

On my last LG TV, I could use the Audio output jack to run a separate headset for a family member who is hard of hearing. That output was available along with the regular sound output. On this TV, the audio out is only available when the regular speakers are off.

I love this tv's picture and the sound is good for a typical setup. However, I wanted to use this with a sound bar and have ran into many issues.. 1) Non samsung sound bad, I can not control the audio volume with either optical or bluetooth connection. (Returned the sound bar I bought). I did more research and felt like I could get a Samsung soundbar or one that supports ARC. However, I read about other issues there.. ARC might not support the higher quality HD DTS etc features, also the bigger issue for me is turning on or off the sound bar. It seems that with ARC with the right setup you can get the TV to turn off the sound bar or it just times out with no signal, but getting it to turn on is an issue. I can not program the remote to turn on or off a sound bar with the TV, so now I need yet another remote... The whole experience with these issues for external sound has me a bit upset with the product. There is no reason why the TV should not be able to control volume for example via bluetooth device.. No support for any type of programing on the remote for basic audio accessory has me disappointed too. After reading many pages on the web/ Amazon / AVS forum, I am not sure I can get an audio setup to turn on and off the system by controlling the TV and thus I need different more remotes to control the TV and the external sound. This just seems crazy and insane for this type of TV..

Amazing design! Amazing quality! But the stand feels a bit cheap.

Bad half of screen went dark after 6 months. Customer Service not easy to work with. I must prove everything.

Easy set-up,best picture of all tv,show I looked at,menu guide is easy to follow. I would recommend It to everyone and will buy another Samsung. I,am writing this with my Samsung a galaxy Tab4, Another fantastic product!!!!

So easy to setup found the picture to be exceptional this unit replaced a 40 inch hd that we have had in excess of 8 years this has made our tv viewing so much more enjoyable would recommend this product to anyone.

This TV is a great TV for the price. Its features are all worth trying out. The full web browser is a very cool feature. I would highly recommend this to everyone that is considering a new TV.

My Samsung TV is very clear and very bright and the color is incredible. The remote is easy to use and has no pause between channels. I'm very pleased with my Samsung 55" SUHDTV YOU WILL LOVE IT.
