The first time I had a bite I thought this was nasty, by the time I was done with that slice I need more.

I have been buying this cheese for a few months now. It is one of the best cheeses I have trued. Great taste, etc. I hope Sam's Club keeps it in stock. I think if you buy it, you'll agree with me.

This is an outstanding Cheddar. This is on par with Mild English Cheddar; not to be confused with Mature English Cheddar which bites you back! The other product by the same cheese company is Dubliner which is Mature Irish Cheddar which can make a dish really rich if you use too much (is it possible to use too much cheese?) I personally prefer the Dubliner for just plain eating and Bally Shannon for cooking. You can shred and freeze the cheese if you don't use it all at once. Outstanding in cheese sauces and casseroles requriing cheese.
