The consistency is smooth and creamy, if you refrigerator and then drink it taste just like a vanilla milkshake. Tried French vanilla shake as breakfast and let me tell you I wasn't hungry for the next 4 hours. Total calories was 170 and the best part is carbohydrates 15gms and protein 16gms. As carbs to protein ration is almost same your blood glucose level won't spike up after having this shake. It also has lot of vitamins & minerals like vitamin C, D, B12, Magnesium, calcium, Phosphate. It is gluten free and soy free also. I will definitely keep buying this shake and even let my friends know how tasty this shake is.
