I bought this swinger for my daughter last year and assembled it by myself in a couple weekends. The quality is average, kinda cheap Chinese wood with some splits and warps. But probably 95% of the pieces were solid. The swing assembly came apart and dumped my kiddo on the ground the 3rd time she played on it, despite tightening it carefully. It has been fine since. Other than that, my kiddo loves it, the structure is stable and everything is as advertised...

I ordered this swing set on May 25th and it is still not installed. Sam's Club fails to mention that the install is through a 3rd party and that you have to make all arrangements with the delivery and the installation. It is now June 15th and this swing set is still sitting on a pallet in its original packaging for 2 weeks because the 3rd party installer only has one tech and won't be available for another week. To top it off, it has been raining quite a bit and all the packaging is now wet and can't even be moved out of my driveway due to the weight. The delivery company only drops it off where it is convenient for them. I would not recommend this free install option due to the length of time requires to set up an install date.

From the photo in the advertisement, the club house floor and top of slide would be approximately 5'0-5'1 it in fact is more like 4'8 very short very low to the ground. The photos are absolutely a misrepresentation in the overall size of the unit. It's fit more for a 5yr old(at the oldest) and under. With that large of price point, you can buy a much bigger swingset that your child can actually use more than one year.

I ordered this product on February 12, 2016 and it was delivered to my house on February 25, 2016. It is still sitting in my garage waiting to be put together because I cant get a straight answer from nobody. I read an earlier review about the guy who could get his installed, and I also read the reply about someone is suppose to contact you as soon at product ships. Well I did not have anyone contact me, so as soon as I got my swing set I started calling. I called big backyard customer support (which is in Canada and I live in Louisiana) and after getting shuffled from person to person, put on hold 20 million times and even "I have to send an email to so and so but if you don't hear from me by such and such date call me back". We have talked to Sarah at one company, then heather at another company, and now Stephanie in Florida who was suppose to call us back on Monday March 7, 2016, but of course nothing. I feel like I am getting the run around. So now I am in the process of calling Sam's Club to return the item so I can go buy a swing set from another company. I may have to pay a little more, but at least it will actually be put together instead of laying in my garage.

Great quality material. Manageable set up. Kids love!

Very happy Took! Took less time to put together. The only thing I don't like is that the finish is peeling in a few spots.

Took about 11 hours to assemble. Define ltu a 2-3 person job. Instructions were very clear. My 3 year old daughter loves it

Very good quality of wood/materials. But could definitely use a better instruction manual & some smaller pieces could be assembled before shipped.

I bought this same swing set 8 years ago and it was only $500. Why has the swing set gotten so expensive? This swing has held up well for the past 8 years. It will need a fresh coat of stain every year.

Set is definately for smaller children, however the set is very sturdy and good quality wood.
