I applied this product to an older driveway that was seal-coated quite a few years ago. Upon opening each bucket, I found this product was very well mixed and just about ready to be applied. The stated coverage area of 300 sq. ft. per bucket was very accurate.

I thought this was very easy to work with and the driveway looks great! We did the math and figured we needed 2 buckets but bought 3 just in case...and we did actually need an extra 1/2 bucket and were glad we had it on hand.

Product was what I hoped for. It was well mixed, good consistency and covered very well, without the potential for cracking later. A quality product at a great value.

Great product but be aware if it's been a while or driveway has never been sealed it will take a lot more for coverage. I have a very long driveway which according to the directions 20 would have been more than enough but because it filled in and sealed my driveway took about 40. It probably was never sealed by previous owner. Other than the amount the product itself I would recommend.

I did my driveway a month ago and this sealer was easy to use, stirred easily, went on easily and dried to a perfect finish. I do recommend cleaning your driveway first ( I blew it off with gas blower then powerwashed it the day before. Then if a warm day (sunny 85-88 my day but I started at 8am when about 70 deg) I made sure the driveway was damp as I applied, it made it much easier to spread and used less product as it allowed me to keep a wet line in front of where I was applying with a 20 in squeegie, which smoothed out the finish. As far as coverage I cant speak for others but I did not thin it at all, and was able to get two coats (5 hours drying time between coats) on my 1600sq ft driveway in 8 cans with 1/3 of a can left over. It may or may not be recommended but I also very lightly dampened the first coat just in front of the areas I was applying the second coat which again allowed me to spread evenly and quickly. I found if I did not do this the product dried too quickly for me and was too thick and uneven. Luckily I learned that right away and not in a traffic area. The finish was great and after 4 days of letting it cure, driving on it has not shown any wear and looks great.

Great product. I have used this every 3 years. It's supposed to last 4, but haven't had one last the specified time ever. I used a large paint stirrer with a drill, but don't really need to. There are no clumps in the bottom or chemical separation ever! It's far better than Menard's 2 year sealer, it lasts a single year.

I am happy with the way it looks. I wish it were a little bit blacker. One thing that I was not happy about, is that it does not cover the # of sq. ft. We had to buy 2 extra buckets and was still a tiny bit short...

So far I'm pleased with it. Required very little stirring and covered just as well as the more expensive brands at the big box stores. Solid black and a good amount of sand to add grip and fill small cracks. Would give it 5 stars but it is too early to tell how long it will last until the next sealing. If I get at least 3 years I'll be happy.
