Very pleased with this outdoor heater. Nice having the ability to rotate the heater head without having to move the entire unit. Most importantly my wife likes how easy it is to operate and she doesn't have to move the whole heater. Our unit was slightly damaged in shipping and I contacted Cuisinart (it's actually a Weber) and they sent a replacement part within 3 days. All is good and we're very happy with our purchase. This takes about 2 hours to assemble

Quality constructed patio heater was easy to assemble. Base came pre filled with sand, so the overall box is heavy. Rolls easily on a flat surface with included wheels and burner arm folds down for storage with included fitted cover. The burner arm isn't adjustable and is fixed at the angle shown when assembled, perfect to have the base out of the way with the heat more centralized. 20lb grill tank fits easily in the base. Warms a good sized area; kept a party of eight comfortable outside in sweatshirts in 30°f weather.

Used for New Years Eve celebration and everybody loved the heater. It kept us warm and was able to enjoy the night. Had a few ask where I purchased from. Conveniently assembled and easy to turn on and off.

I'm very happy with this item. I was able to assemble it in just about an hour using the enclosed allen wrench and my own socket set. When it arrived, i found it to be much heavier that I expected due to the included weighted base. This base makes it almost impossible to tip over accidentally. A great purchase!

We purchased this heater because of its unique design. We really like the offset head design and the fact that it can be rotated. After assembling the heater, the burner would not light. I contacted Cuisinart told them the problem, sent them the required information and in a few days I received a new burner head. The heater now works perfectly, we use it by our hot tub and it can be rotated to near our patio table.

We have several patio heaters but this is our first Cuisine Art. It works well but the assembly was a full on project. A billion screws of different sizes and a fuel line that was quite the challenge to feed through the L -shaped curve into the small hole to the top of the heater. Requires a patient assembler!

Very good product, but assembly very difficult for seniors over 50. Deliveries take about two weeks so if you need it quickly you may have to expedite it.

Some of the pieces were extremely heavy and putting it together was a slow process. I was disappointed that I am not able to raise and lower it. I can fold it down for storage, but, not lower it for height issues. I can swivel it around which is great.

The base had a baseball dent in the base, doesn't change useability. The instructions were very clear and parts were well labeled, expect about 2 hours to assemble. The battery powered striker has a hard time getting the flame lit. I actually never got it lit using the built in spark igniter and had to fall back on a lighter. Overall I think it will do the job.
