[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm definitely not a fan of liquid medicine BUT this one isn't that bad at all. It actually was almost cooling and felt good on my throat. It took maybe 30 minutes to find relief in my symptoms. I was already exhausted but couldn't sleep because I felt lousy. This helped my symptoms and allowed me to get good sleep. I did notice that once it wore off, I was up. Wide awake. That happened at around 3 am unfortunately.

I have never had one that did not work just like it is supposed to . I have a very low tolerance for this kind of medicine as it puts me in a deep sleep. I wake up feeling so much better!!!

Shortly after taking the medicine I can fall asleep and rest comfortably throughout the night nyquil works well for the symptoms listed on the label. I recommend nyquil.
