Maybe that's just because sausage and egg bagels are my favorite morning food to begin with, but these tasted greattt with my morning meals!

The flavor tastes really great, they smelled so great while cooking them. The MorningStar patties are much healthier. you don't feel weighed down from eating these patties compared to a meat patty. My whole family enjoys these for breakfast.

I have some pickies and trying to incorporate veggies is a challenge, they knew something was different, but they ate it all so score!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I invited a group of people to join me for breakfast, as I prepared 3 meals without disclosing the product Morning Star Farms Sausage and here is how it went. First I prepared and omelet with cheese pepper mushroom and onion and the feedback was awesome. The flavor was excellent and not a drop left on there plates. Second was biscuits and gravy the flavor was perfect I didn't have to doctor it up at all, excellent feedback on this part of my test. Third I prepared a patty style sausage on an English muffin with cheese and I got some texture feed back that was questionable but flavor was full. Now was the unveiling. They were all shocked that this sausage was plant based about 80% would purchase this product where 20% would pass due to the texture. Overall it was a good turnout I would have to say yes on this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I figured I would give these Veggie Sausage Patties another try, different day, same result. While it smells great cooking and has decent flavor, the texture is something that I just could not get past. My husband thought they were pretty good.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have to admit that, based on past experiences with plant-based foods, I didn't have high expectations for Morningstar Veggie Sausage. This product proved me wrong. I am a HUGE texture person when it comes to food, and what really impressed me was the "natural" texture of the sausage. The spices were great, too. I included my carnivore husband for the second testing of this product - without him knowing, of course. I served him three sausages, along with eggs, toast, and hash browns. He ate it all, gave me a kiss, and thanked me for a wonderful breakfast. Mission accomplished! I will definitely buy more Morning Star Veggie Sausage; however, I probably won't let my husband in on the secret. =)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So glad to get a chance to try these Veggie Sausage Pattie's. I couldn't even tell much of a difference as far as the plant based verse to normal meat based sausage Pattie's. It was easy to find the Pattie's in the frozen section and there is a wide variety of Morningstar products that I am also excited to try. We use the Pattie's for breakfast bagels with egg and cheese. Would definitely recommend to others and looking forward to adding a new plant based healthier option to our grocery list.

Though I had tried a similar product years ago, I felt this had a better flavor & texture than what I had experienced before. I actually really like regular sausage, but it is so fattening & something I really shouldn't have, so I love that good alternatives like this are available. Due to recent health changes, I have been more mindful of the amount of carbs I eat daily. I was actually afraid these may be high in carbs, as some alternative foods unexpectedly can be, but they're NOT! So I was very pleased all around, for the flavor & quality but also from a nutritional standpoint.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a non-meat eater I've always been a big Morningstar fan but I've never been big on sausage even plant-based. These however are delicious. To start they are incredibly affordable and widely available. Although relatively small I love that they're a little bulkier than a typical cookie cutter type patty. Cooking it was super easy and fast (I just threw it in a skillet until it was heated through). Besides being tasty I was won over by the consistent texture no chewy bits like lots of other brands. I tried the original flavor but now I'm definitely on the lookout for the spicy ones!
