We usually have them as a sandwich with egg and an english muffin for breakfast or lunch They are quick and easy for a busy family.

I tried the MorningStar Farms Veggie Original Sausage Patties through Ripple Street. I have to admit that the sausage lacked in flavor. However, it did leave a strong after taste of chick peas. The after taste was very strong. If I was vegan my review might be different. However, I am not. Thank you.

From my perspective this is by far the best veggie pattie I've had in terms of taste and texture and my wife agrees. We ate the whole package and had to fight our two young kids, age 2 and 5, as they also loved it. It felt great knowing my family was eating a healthy alternative although it did take me driving around to find a store that had it.

No spicy after taste and also really good texture and just good plantbased! My doctor approves of me going for more of a plantbased diet, so here is one thing I will keep for breakfast! The patties were a great addition to some eggs I served and goes well with any condiment (i.e. ketchup, mustard). I like that it is a healthier option to add to my breakfast menu.

I tried them, and much to my dismay, I was not as thrilled with them as I thought I would be. The texture felt strange and mushy when eating them, and they were very bland. I got the Hot & Spicy thinking they would really be tasty. Sorry to say, they weren't. They had no heat or spice taste to them. Regrettably, I don't think I will be purchasing these any time soon.

I thought the texture was enjoyable-especially when cooked up in a skillet to make it crispy, but in a time pinch I microwaved them too. I made breakfast sandwiches with an English muffin and cream cheese and found it sufficiently filling, especially as an active person who exercises multiple days a week. I thought 9grams of protein with only 90 calories was a good value nutritionally. My only thought was I wish they were slightly larger to fill out the English muffin, but then I guess it would just be a breakfast burger? I found these easily in the freezer aisle at chain big box stores. Overall, I enjoyed it as a quick and easy health focused breakfast!
