They have a lot of flavor and the texture is the same as a regular sausage patty. Easy to find at the store too. Would definitely buy these again!

I like that they have 9 grams of protein and are much less greasy than regular sausage. They are only 80 calories, but that is because they are so small. Even an english muffin is way too big for a sandwich with these.

It had a wonderful flavor with just the right amount of spice but the real win was the texture. I cooked it on the stove and it came out crispy and almost light. It had a little bit of oil to it like a sausage patty should. I eat meat but this was better than most traditional sausage I have had. It was easy to find in the vegetarian frozen foods section of my local store.

They didn't have as much taste as the maple patties, so we all ate them with a condiment or two. It's a good alternative to eating meat patties for breakfast. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The day I brought these home I was really excited to try them. I popped one in the microwave thinking for sure I was going to love them. Wrong! Sadly I was very disappointed with the lack of flavor. It's difficult to explain the taste but trust me it tasted nothing like real meat. The texture was very crumbly and crunchy. The sausage left a strange aftertaste in my mouth that I did not care for. The following morning I thought maybe if I cooked it over the stove it might improve the taste. Nope. I had the same experience all over again. While I won't be purchasing this item again I'm still glad I got a chance to try it.

The flavor and texture was good, and a nice change from meat patties. I would not mistake this for meat by any means, but it's delicious nonetheless. I think where a lot of products go wrong is to state that something tastes like meat when it really doesn't, and that's okay! I paired this with toasted English muffins, a slice of melted American cheese, and an over-medium egg. It was very satisfying and filling for breakfast! I'm going to add this to my breakfast rotation.

Super easy to prepare and will become a new staple to our meatless months. I hope the stores continue to carry. Looking forward to making sausage gravy.
