You need "butter" on a lot of things and with the spray it is possible to use without the calories! We sometimes use the light when we want more "body" to our "butter".

My husband will not use butter. He feels this is much better for him and I haven't seen him use butter in many years now. We even take it with us in the cooler when we travel.

I Can't Believe It's Not Butter spreads smoothly right out of the fridge. I use the butter spray instead of butter on toast, vegetables even on backed potatoes.

I agree with other reviewers. The sprayer demoted this product from 5-stars to only 3. It sprays out a jet of liquid, not a mist, and doesn't do even that well if you point it down - like onto vegetables on a plate or corn on the cob.

By far, this is the best buy nutritiously on the market. Read the label on the stick and the tub. You will see the difference. Now! After you do that, I want you to go to ANY other comparable product on the market and read the label. Where you find "ZERO'S' like you find on this label, you will never have comparable TASTE! I am a Healthcare manager. I have blown the minds of many in the grocery store when I show them the labels of the sticks and the TUBS. CHECK IT OUT... Zero calories, Zero Cholesterol Zero Fat Zero Everything! Taste better than all other Zeros...

This helps those of us watching our intake of fat, callories, sugar, etc. A product with taste yet low in problem ingredients is great for me.

I've been using the spray for years and love it! But, the spray is so hard to use. Wish they could come up with an easier spray pump.

The label says "*I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!® Spray contains 0g fat, 0g trans fat and 0 calories per 5 sprays." what happens on the 6-10th sprays????

This is the only form of butter I buy, it taste great and its good for you!

This product is terrific. The flavoring is great and you can just use as much as you want with no calories, no fat.
