Wanting to get away from the noisy Continentals that came with my VW Passat GT, I found the CrossClimate 2 would provide the quiet, safe, and wet ratings that I needed. I only changed two before my road trip (NC to Texas end of Aug 2021) and immediately noticed reduce noise and had better handling. In New Orleans, I was there just as the hurricane was coming bringing in heavy rain. The CrossClimate 2 handled great even in heavy downpours. Last week, I picked up two more tires.. Wow! the mechanical resonance from replacing the two continentals dropped the road noise another 10 decibels and the handling only got better. I can't stop saying great things about these tires. Have been telling all my friends this is the next tire they should get.

Bought set of CrossClimate2 tires 2 years ago for 2017 Honda Civic. Only driven in Florida, so can only report on wet traction. We get some torrential downpours and they provide excellent traction with no hydroplaning which is essential for these light front wheel drive cars. I was so pleased with the performance that last month I bought another set for 2017 Volkswagen Golf Alltrack.

I bought 4 CrossClimate2 tires for my 2017 Pacifica. I'm thrilled with how well these tires are handling snow and ice. I have more control of the vehicle and I can negotiate an icy, snow-packed road on an incline with no trouble. The installer mentioned one potential down side - these tires can only be rotated front to back, not all 4 positions. I don't care a bit- the all weather properties are what I need driving around Northern IL. City streets to rural roads, I'm completely satisfied with the tire performance. Compared to the stock tires that came on my new Pacifica, which had about 50k miles, these tires shine in every category of performance. The tracks from my new tires are also attractive and distinct- it looks like herringbone in the snow and ice.

I bought these tires for my VW Passat. I have ave a steep driveway. In the winter it was a real problem for my Hankook all season tires. When I saw the tread pattern on these tires it made me think of the treads on a snowmobile. I took a shot on them. I couldn't be happier. These tires rip up my driveway with ease. They also have incredible grip going down the snowy driveway. These tires are the best tires I've ever had. Thanks Michelin!

First 2,000 miles my fuel mileage dipped from 41mpg to 38mpg (hybrid) but once they wore in they have been the most sure footed and quiet tires I’ve ever driven. I commute 120miles per day and currently have 43,000 miles on them. Still silent and trouble free. Wet/rain and snow braking and handling and overall performance makes this tire by far the best car tire on the market.

Bought CC2 to replace OEM tires on Subaru Outback after dealer tried to sell different brand with MAJOR markup. Traction (particularly in snow and ice on slopes) and road noise are dramatically better with these tires! Definitely worth slight cost increase, and would buy another set without reservation.

Have had these tires for over a month now and living in Alaska have really gotten to experience the full range of winter conditions with these tires. I have them mounted on my Model Y performance, overall the traction is excellent in winter conditions on both ice and light to deep snow up to 12", very comparable to a dedicated winter tires that I have used. Wet traction is also excellent, honestly feels like dry conditions while in wet. I was honestly impressed with how quiet these are, and are very noticeably quieter then the stock 21" that come with the car. The only negative that I can say with these are that you can't really feel the corners, if you are sliding and you often won't notice as soon as you would with a traditional all season tire with a different tread pattern. Would recommend to anyone living in a colder climates with snow and not wanting to switch tires. I haven't noticed a huge loss in range with these tires like other people have stated.
